How does the $5 pre-order work?
Your $5 deposit reserves your spot. The remaining $74.99 is charged when your ring ships in summer 2026. The deposit is fully refundable anytime before that.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email hello@adola.app and we will process your refund within 48 hours.
Sizing
What sizes are available?
Adola comes in US ring sizes 6 through 13. A free sizing kit will ship to all pre-order backers before the ring ships, so you can confirm your exact size.
Which finger should I wear it on?
The index finger gives the strongest arterial signal for heart rate and SpO2. The ring finger and middle finger also work well.
Shipping
When does Adola ship?
summer 2026. Pre-order backers ship in the order they reserved. Early backers get priority shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping is available worldwide. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout when your ring ships.
Technical
What phone do I need?
Adola connects via Bluetooth 5.1. Compatible with iOS 15+ and Android 10+.
Is it waterproof?
Adola is rated IP67 -- protected against rain, handwashing, and brief submersion. Not recommended for swimming or diving.
Is there a subscription?
No. All features -- sleep staging, heart rate, SpO2, temperature, snore detection -- are included with the ring. $0/month, forever.
